This cutting file is  downloaded in :
 
FCM for Scan N Cut Canvas and and Scan N Cut  machines/software  that uses FCM files.
 
The tiles themselves are cut lines these can be duplicated as needed 
the alphabets and numbers are draw lines and fill so the pen holder will draw these on the tiles.
To use them and cut correctly -Download file, add letters and numbers on tiles ( you may need to select bring to front on the letters and numbers)
 Tell the machine to draw first - then cut so every tile comes out even.
